— Last Updated: June 2026- Acceptance of TermsBy booking, purchasing, or utilizing services provided by Rebecca Lei Productions™ (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Services ProvidedRebecca Lei Productions™ provides event-related services including but not limited to:Bartending ServicesEvent StaffingCatering CoordinationEvent CoordinationEvent ConsultingEvent Planning AssistanceDJ & Entertainment ReferralsVendor CoordinationServices may vary depending on the package purchased.
- Booking & PaymentsA signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure event dates.All balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the proposal or invoice.Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of services.Rebecca Lei Productions™ reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid balances.
- DepositsDeposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.Deposits reserve staffing, scheduling, and event resources and compensate for lost booking opportunities.
- Client ResponsibilitiesThe client agrees to:Provide accurate event information.Maintain a safe working environment.Obtain all required permits.Ensure alcohol service complies with local laws.Provide venue access at agreed-upon times.Communicate changes promptly.
- Alcohol ServiceRebecca Lei Productions™ does not sell alcohol.Clients are responsible for:Purchasing alcohol.Verifying venue alcohol requirements.Obtaining permits if required.Ensuring guests are of legal drinking age.Staff reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests.
- Event ChangesChanges to:Guest countVenue locationEvent timingStaffing requirementsmust be submitted in writing.Additional fees may apply.
- OvertimeOvertime is subject to staff availability.Additional hours will be billed at the rate outlined in the service agreement.If no rate is specified, overtime will be billed at the current market rate.
- CancellationsMore than 30 Days Before EventDeposit retained.15-30 Days Before EventUp to 50% of the remaining balance may be due.Less Than 14 Days Before EventClient may be responsible for up to 100% of the contracted amount.
- Force MajeureRebecca Lei Productions™ shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by:WeatherNatural disastersGovernment restrictionsVenue closuresActs beyond reasonable control
- Limitation of LiabilityRebecca Lei Productions™ shall not be liable for:Lost profitsIndirect damagesVenue issuesThird-party vendor failuresGuest conductLiability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
- Photography & MarketingUnless requested otherwise in writing, Rebecca Lei Productions™ may use photos, videos, testimonials, and event content for marketing purposes.Client privacy will always be respected.
- Intellectual PropertyAll branding, documents, marketing materials, website content, logos, and business materials remain the property of Rebecca Lei Productions™.Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
